Come frolic in the forest with us! This magical 4-day camp invites boys and girls to spark their imagination and deepen their connection to nature. Campers will create fairy and dragon costumes, brew herbal potions, make arts & crafts, plant wild magic in the garden, and enjoy story time with fairy tea.
Each day, children will take home their own special treasures and creations while actively supporting Cottonwood Creek eco-restoration work along our greenbelt.

We’re heading to Alamosa for a full day of creativity, movement, and sweet summer fun!
Join us as we explore the First Friday Art Walk & Music — strolling through local galleries, enjoying live music on the streets, and soaking in the vibrant arts scene. Then we’ll roll into some old-school fun with roller skating, followed by pizza and ice cream to end the day on a delicious note.
This intergenerational trip is perfect for all ages — a wonderful mix of culture, community, and summer joy!

We’re heading to the Monte Vista Pro Rodeo & Carnival — one of Colorado’s most exciting rodeo traditions. Experience the thrill of professional rodeo action, including bull riding, barrel racing, roping, and more. Then dive into the bright lights and energy of the carnival with rides, games, and classic fair food.

Join us for a thrilling day in historic Creede!
We’ll start with a guided tour of the Creede Underground Mining Museum, where we’ll go deep into the mountain to explore the rich mining history of the San Luis Valley.
Then we’ll enjoy a special matinee performance of MORIARTY: A New Sherlock Holmes Adventure at the Creede Repertory Theatre. This fresh, witty take on the classic detective story follows Holmes and Watson as they face off against the brilliant criminal mastermind Professor Moriarty in a high-stakes game full of danger, disguises, and clever twists.
A perfect blend of history, mystery, and live theater!
We’re heading to Colorado’s oldest town — San Luis — for the historic Fiesta de Santiago y Santa Ana!
This vibrant weekend-long festival dates back to 1851 and celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the San Luis Valley. Expect live music, colorful parades, mariachi mass, local vendors, delicious food, a softball tournament, and plenty of community celebration.
On Friday we’ll dive into the heart of the fiesta and experience whatever magic the day has in store — from traditional performances to festive energy all around!
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with Southern Colorado’s deep cultural roots and enjoy a true local tradition.

We are located along the Cottonwood Creek greenbelt at 8,300 feet in Crestone, Colorado. Our rocky, high alpine desert terrain brings significant temperature swings and changing weather throughout the day.
Students are expected to wear sturdy closed-toed shoes and layered clothing suitable for variable outdoor conditions. Please pack plenty of water and hearty, protein-rich lunches. Campers should come prepared to push themselves and engage together as a supportive community.
On-site camping is available for some camps, especially for teenagers or families who wish to camp together. For out-of-town friends, we recommend Airbnb or on-site camping.
Limited work trade and volunteer hours are available for scholarship students and families needing attendance support. In exchange for camp fees, participants can contribute meaningful time in our food forest and greenhouse classroom — helping with planting, maintenance, and garden care.
